B. Biometric & Coordinate Data: Numerical skeletal coordinate data derived from your images (using on-device processing technologies such as MediaPipe).

C. Usage Data: Anonymous technical data (e.g., device model, OS version, crash logs) to help us improve the stability and performance of the App.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely for the following purposes:

• To generate personalized posture analysis reports and visualization of body alignment.
• To provide feedback on your posture trends based on biomechanical principles.
• To improve the functionality and user experience of the App.

4. Data Sharing and AI Processing (Third-Party Services)

We utilize third-party AI services to analyze your data. By using this App, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Service Provider: We use the OpenAI API (provided by OpenAI, L.L.C.) for image and data analysis.
• Data Transmitted: Your User Photos and Skeletal Coordinate Data are transmitted to OpenAI solely for the purpose of analysis.
• No Training Usage: Data sent via the OpenAI API is NOT used to train OpenAI's models. We have opted out of data training to ensure your privacy.
• Data Retention: OpenAI retains data sent via the API for a limited period only for abuse monitoring purposes, after which it is deleted. We do not permanently store your images on OpenAI servers.

5. Data Storage and Security

• Local Storage: By default, all photos, coordinate data, and analysis reports are stored locally on your device.
• No External Storage: We do not store your personal data on our own external servers. Your data remains in your control.
• Security Measures: We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction during transmission.

6. Disclaimer (Medical Information)

BioSkew is a wellness tool, not a medical device. The data and analysis provided by the App are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

7. User Rights

You have the right to access and delete your data. Since data is stored locally, you can delete all your data by simply deleting the App from your device.
